✉ Candidate Auto-Reply Templates

These emails are sent automatically the moment a candidate submits an application. Each client company can have its own subject, message, and signature block — the candidate gets the version for the company they applied to. If a company has no template (or it's turned off), the Default template is used.

⚠️ Email sending isn't configured yet. Templates will save, but no emails go out until you finish the one-time setup: create a Google App Password for your Dillingham Consulting mailbox, then in Netlify → Site settings → Environment variables add SMTP_USER (your email address) and SMTP_PASS (the app password) and redeploy. See EMAIL_SETUP.md in your site files for the step-by-step.
